It is named for the olive trees that characterize the entrance to the kitchen. This apartment, 71 square meters on two levels and with two entrances, was created by linking a portion of the original farmhouse with the former stables below used for housing animals.
The smaller bedroom, made from the once village kitchen, is equipped with a bathroom, according to the tradition of rural houses, lacking interior space, was “added” to the house as a small outdoor room. The larger room, also a double, has another private bathroom. From the windows there is a broad view overlooking the fields.
An internal staircase, wood and wrought iron, connects to the quaint kitchen-living room below, complete with fireplace and kitchen, old-fashioned, from here you step out onto a private terrace surrounded by gardens.
A beautiful vine pergola, next to the kitchen, gives fresh and, in September, sweet bunches of white grapes called pizzutello.
